The challenge.

The "lived" culture could not keep pace with the development of the transformation process. According to an employee survey, the commitment of the employees was too low at the time. The challenge now was to find a way to counteract this development positively and to communicate the core messages globally and locally through dialogue.

Strategy.

Implemented in a total of 24 hours andwith a few breaks within just 31 hours, 95 locations were to be reached in one-hour live sessions. In the dialogue in picture and sound. Depending on the country or continent, the live transmission should be supplemented by simultaneous interpreters.

Creation.

Live for 24 hours, in 24 one-hour town hall meetings, the five-member management team spoke to the employees. Each session was specifically tailored to each region.

The results.

DS24hours exceeded the expectations of all involved and was a complete success. Almost all employees worldwide were reached and entered into an active dialogue, so that not only purpose, mission and the corporate culture were communicated more strongly, but also the commitment of the workforce was sustainably strengthened.

Awards.

Dentsply Sirona and LINGNER.COM have been awarded numerous national and international awards for the DS24hours project. We are proud of this recognition for such a special project. For some awards, the presentation is still pending.
